The Peninsula Home & Garden Expo is held each year, during the third weekend in March, at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds. The event is held in three buildings on the Fairgrounds and includes many vendors outside between the buildings. Come and enjoy hundreds of vendors, FREE seminars (with your paid admission), and great food!

Critical Deadlines – This document explains all the deadlines, set up times, Expo hours, and tear down times for the event. Please review this carefully to ensure you will be able to meet the vendor requirements.

Outside Map – Vendors interested in an outdoor space can refer to this diagram for booth location options. Pricing for these spaces is listed in the document above called, “Floor Plan – Both Buildings.”
Booth Dimensions –Use this diagram to understand what you can and can’t do with your booth.
Electrical Requirements –Electrical is available for all booths. Please understand your needs and order accordingly.

Ready to sign up? You will need to complete and submit some of these documents, but will be expected to be familiar with all of this information:
(NOTE: If you are already registered and have been directed to this site by a postcard from Expo Management, please scroll down to find, print, complete, and submit all documents noted on your post card. Additionally, please be aware that you are responsible to review the Exhibitor Parking Instructions form and share it with any staff that will be driving to, and working at, the Expo. If you have a booth space in the Pavilion building you are also REQUIRED to review the Pavilion Set Up Requirements document and to ensure anyone setting up your booth is made aware of these Kitsap County Parks Department mandates. This is strictly enforced).
2014 Exhibitor Contract – Be sure to fully complete and sign this REQUIRED form before you submit it to the HBA.
Reservation Form – Please submit this REQUIRED, fully complete, form.
Exhibitor Order Form – Use this REQUIRED form to submit your list of staff for name badges (this is REQUIRED) as well as to order important things like Customer Appreciate Passes, tables or chairs, electrical, etc. ALL VENDORS must submit this form no later than February 14, 2014. If you fail to request these things in advance we may not be able to accomodate you during the Expo.
Pavilion Set Up Requirements — If you have a booth in the Kitsap Sun Pavilion building this form is REQUIRED. Vendors with booth space in this building must print this form, read it, sign anywhere on the first page, and submit a signed copy to Expo Management. The Pavilion has a special floor and the set up requirements are strictly enforced by Expo Management and the Kitsap County Parks Department.
Tent Order Form – All vendors in purchased outdoor spaces are REQUIRED to submit this form.
Parking Instructions– Print and review carefully. Exhibitor parking is FREE when you park in the designated areas.
What else does the Expo have to offer Vendors?
Call for Seminar Speakers – Use this flyer and application to tell the Expo Committee all about the GREAT seminar you are prepared to offer at this year’s Expo! Space is limited to offer seminars. All seminar requests must be submitted no later than February 14, but early submissions will be considered as they come in. Don’t delay!
Landscape flyer – LANDSCAPERS! Creat a garden display to inspire, encourage, and awe the public. See the attached flyer for details. Space is very limited so please do not delay. Only vendors with a paid exhibit space in the Expo and only those that have a “garden” aspect to their services will be considered for these FREE additional display spaces. To view the possible locations (space is limited and will be filled on a first come – first served basis) please scroll up to the “Outside Map” document.
Special Feature Agreement — LANDSCAPERS! If you have decided to request a complimentary outdoor space for displaying your beautiful work, you must print, sign, and submit this form to Expo Management.
