The Peninsula Home & Garden Expo is held each year during the third weekend in March at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds. Vendors can be found in three buildings on the Fairgrounds as well as the outdoor surrounding areas. This is the Biggest and Best Home Show West of Seattle! Come and enjoy hundreds of vendors, FREE seminars (with your paid admission), beautiful outdoor landscaped displays, and great food!

COMING SOON! The Home Builders Association will produce a $1.00-Off Admission Coupon that will be available on this site as well as the HBA office and many businesses throughout Kitsap County. One coupon may be used per person, per day.

Important Dates and Expo Hours — This document explains all the reservation and payment deadlines, set up times, Expo hours, and tear down times for the event. Please review this carefully to ensure you will be able to meet the vendor requirements.

Floor Plans & Booth Pricing — This document shows the booth layout in both the Kitsap Sun Pavilion and Presidents’ Hall, as well as all the different price points and available discounts.
Outside Map — Vendors interested in an outdoor space can refer to this diagram for booth location options. Pricing for these spaces is listed in the document above called, “Floor Plan – Both Buildings.”

Ready to sign up? You will find all of the required documents below, along with informational material all vendors are expected and required to be familiar with.
(NOTE: If you are already registered and have been directed to this site by a postcard from Expo Management, please scroll down to find, print, complete, and submit all documents noted on your post card. Additionally, please be aware that you are responsible to review the Exhibitor Parking Instructions form and share it with any staff that will be parking a vehicle at the Expo. If you have a booth space in the Kitsap Sun Pavilion you are also REQUIRED to review the Pavilion Set Up Requirements document and to ensure anyone setting up your booth is made aware of these Kitsap County Parks Department mandates. This is strictly enforced).
Exhibitor Contract — REQUIRED. Booth reservations cannot be secured without this form. Be sure to read the terms and fully complete and sign this form before you submit it to the HBA.
Reservation Form — REQUIRED. Booth reservations cannot be secured without this form. Please fill out completely and submit to the HBA.
Exhibitor Order Form — REQUIRED. Use this form to request equipment for your booth such as tables, chairs, electricity, etc., as well as free and inexpensive promotional materials. If you fail to request this equipment by the deadline indicated on the form, the HBA cannot guarantee the equipment will be available to you once you set up your booth.
Badge Request Form — REQUIRED. Use this form to request Exhibitor Badges for those working your booth. Up to 6 badges are included in your booth cost, and additional badges may be purchased at a low cost. These badges are only required to be worn when the staff person is entering the facility or outside of their booth, and allows Expo staff and volunteers to differentiate between exhibitors and an unpaid visitor. Additional fees apply to badges ordered after the deadline indicated on the form. Please read this form carefully, fill out and submit to the HBA.
Pavilion Set Up Requirements — If you have a booth in the Kitsap Sun Pavilion building this form is REQUIRED. Vendors with booth space in this building must print this form, read it, sign anywhere on the first page, and submit a signed copy to Expo Management. The Pavilion has a special floor and the set up requirements are strictly enforced by Expo Management and the Kitsap County Parks Department.
Tent Order Form — All vendors in outdoor spaces are REQUIRED to submit this form (this does not apply to complimentary outdoor landscape displays).
Parking Instructions– Print and review carefully. Exhibitor parking is FREE when you park in the designated areas, however fees may be assessed to any vendor found to be in violation of these rules.
What else does the Expo have to offer Vendors?
Seminars! — Check back here for more information on seminars and an application to be a seminar presenter. Seminars are free to the public with their paid Expo admission and add great value to their visit to the Expo. Topics range from year-round gardening to kitchen design trends to mold eradication. Presentations are topic-specific and not meant to be a “commercial” for the presenter’s company – the purpose is to educate the public and in the eyes of the attendees you will hold a level of expertise above others in your field.
Landscape flyer — LANDSCAPERS! Creat a garden display to inspire, encourage, and awe the public. See the attached flyer for details. Space is very limited so please do not delay. Only vendors with a paid exhibit space in the Expo and only those that have a “garden” aspect to their services will be considered for these FREE additional display spaces.
